We are in need of call center agents for an entry level position.
Qualifications:
-must have at least finished 2 years college education
-knows how to speak and write in English in a correct manner
-knowledgeable in using computers and a little troubleshooting
-call center experience is a plus but not required

Etelecare and Stream Global has merged
Apparently, a friend of mine has been interviewed at Stream and another friend of mine at ETel told me about this. Just great! The name ETel has been in the industry for so long and for sure, it will take some years before we can get over saying “Stream Global yeah — the former ETelecare”
